PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All Sales Are Final.
You will need to inspect your product(s) to make sure nothing is physically wrong with it. If there is any damage to it in the shipping process, you need to contact us at support@arttaboret.com or 724-384-8103 within 15 days (Mon. thru Fri. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. eastern standard time). PLEASE ALLOW US 24 HOURS TO RETURN YOUR CALLS. DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCTS BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO US FIRST!
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please let us know the following information if an item was damaged upon delivery:
1. Your name, address, phone number or email address. 2. Date item ordered and order number. 3. Did the shipping container show any signs of damage? If so, please do not destroy the original shipping carton the merchandise arrived in. We may need the container for a possible claim to be made with the shipper.
No refunds are available on personalized items, however, if a personalized item is received that is damaged or defective we will authorize a replacement of the same item. You WILL NOT be responsible for return shipping costs for merchandise that was damaged or defective upon delivery.
