New - We have received your order.
In Process - Your order is in the printing process. Our printing printing/engraving process takes 2 - 3 business days.
In Production - Your order is considered made-to-order. Your item/items have been placed in our production schedule which takes 10 - 15 business days.
Partially Shipped - You have ordered multiple items, however, only a portion of your order has shipped. We have several manufacturers that have varying processing/production times. Review the product page of the item that you ordered for specific shipping/delivery time periods.
Shipped - Your order has been completed. The shipping label(s) have been completed and your order is transitioned to the carrier for delivery. Shipping time will vary based on type of order and size and shipping method chosen.
Thank You - Your order should have arrived at your door. This is a follow-up email thanking you for your recent purchase and requesting input on your shopping experience.
On Hold - Your order is pending and has not been entered into our processing/production schedule. This delay may have occurred due to failure to enter all needed personalization, spelling or punctuation issues relating to personalization or using personalization that was over our maximum character limit.
